Role

The individual is part of the electrical team, excelling in electronics and electrical engineering. This role contributes to electrical control panel design, power electronics circuit design, and battery‑powered applications. The specialization lies in electrical integration. This role typically collaborates on projects with teammates across multiple disciplines and is expected to maintain high levels of interaction as needed. This role is expected to deliver work conscientiously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies at the early stages of the project.
• Derive electrical engineering specifications from customers' requirements.
• Selection and integration of IOT and power management components.
• Design electrical circuits, panels, harnesses, and looms.
• Generate build/rework instructions for production team and resolve production issues.
• Create and execute tests for electrical systems.
• Perform troubleshooting for electrical systems.
• Create BOM for electrical designs.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical and electronics engineering.
• Excellent knowledge in AC power electronics and its associated control circuitry.
• Ability to derive safety and functional requirements for electrical design.
• Familiar with industrial electrical standards.
• Able to read drawings, understand engineering documents, and work closely with members of the engineering, operations and purchasing team.
• Experience in computer‑aided drafting and design with tools such as Altium and Eplan.
• Strong communication skills in a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to quickly and correctly identify and understand problems to find suitable solutions.
• Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
