About the Role

EHPlabs is looking for a Shopee-obsessed hustler to build and lead our performance marketing efforts across Southeast Asia’s biggest marketplaces. This role is not for the corporate type - it's for someone who wants real ownership, real impact, and real results.

You’ll take our SEA marketplace presence from zero to hero, starting with Shopee and expanding across Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and more. You’ll be our go-to expert on Shopee Ads, flash sales, promo calendars, storefront SEO, and converting browsers into buyers.

What You’ll Own

· Launch and scale Shopee from scratch: store setup, listings, creative, pricing, promotions

· Run end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Shopee Ads, display, and search

· Lead execution for mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12) - you’ll run the show

· Optimize storefronts, SEO, product content, and A+ listings to drive CVR

· Track and improve KPIs: CTR, ROAS, AOV, CVR - and push them up month-on-month

· Test, iterate, and scale what works fast

· Collaborate with Shopee reps, creative, logistics, and content teams

· Support Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces as we expand

Who You Are

· 3–5 years in e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing (Shopee experience a must)

· You’ve launched or grown a brand on Shopee and can show the results

· You live inside Shopee Ads Manager, know how to make it work, and how to stretch a budget

· Data excites you - you don’t make guesses, you run tests

· You love moving fast, learning fast, and doing what it takes to win

· Bonus if you’ve worked with Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Amazon too!
