Job description

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escrow when necessary.
• Process orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with various parties.
• Handle records, reports, and any other admin duties assigned.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
• Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and TikTok livestreams.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and track the performance of campaigns
