Senior Administrative Executive at DJI Singapore, you will be at the heart of our operations—supporting business processes, analyzing data, tracking inventory, and coordinating across teams. Your work ensures smooth operations and informed decision-making, directly contributing to DJI’s continued innovation and leadership in the drone and imaging industry.
Data Analysis & Business Support
Conduct business data analysis and report regularly as required by DJI headquarters.
Monitor and analyze the Singapore market to support decisions on shipment allocation, inventory management, and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report findings to relevant teams.
Support new product price adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and report product serial numbers (SN) for tracking purposes.
Cross-Department Coordination
Serve as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Warehousing, and Finance to coordinate workflow execution.
Liaise with headquarters and regional teams to implement business policies, process updates, and operational requirements.
Process & Compliance Management
Ensure daily business and administrative operations comply with DJI SOPs and Singapore regulations.
Assist in preparing financial settlements, audits, and other compliance documentation.
Project & Event Support
Support marketing events, trainings, and product launches administratively and operationally.
Assist in implementing new projects or business lines in Singapore, ensuring smooth administrative and process execution.
Project, Event & Ad Hoc Support
Support marketing events, trainings, and product launches administratively and operationally.
Assist in implementing new projects or business lines in Singapore, ensuring smooth administrative and process execution.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your manager.
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or data analysis; experience in consumer electronics or retail is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems; capable of handling data and generating reports.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; experience with new product pricing and SN reporting preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with both headquarters and local teams.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not required; comfortable working in a Chinese-speaking environment. Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
