A respected and established organisation in the community care sector is seeking a visionary Director to lead its training and capability‑building subsidary. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader passionate about shaping the future of professional training and elevating standards across the eldercare and community care landscape.
You will oversee the strategic growth, operational performance, and overall direction of the organisation’s training arm. Your leadership will strengthen the sector’s capability pipeline through high‑quality programmes, ecosystem partnerships, and forward‑looking training strategies.
Develop and implement strategic business plans targeting industry partners, community organisations, and government agencies.
Oversee full P&L accountability to ensure financial sustainability and long‑term growth.
Lead the performance of marketing, operations, and programme development functions within the training division.
Drive strategies aligned with organisational goals and national sector priorities.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, engagement, and performance management.
Champion continuous curriculum improvement to ensure relevance, quality, and sector alignment.
Position the training division as a leading and trusted provider of professional learning in the care ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
Partner with government agencies on funding schemes, grants, and SkillsFuture‑related initiatives.
Strengthen internal systems to ensure excellence in programme delivery, learner experience, and stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 10 years’ experience in healthcare, community development, training, programme management, or related sectors.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably with oversight of training, education, adult learning or capability-building functions.
Proven track record in P&L management.
Experience with SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTP), including programme design, governance, or delivery.
Proven leadership in Continuing Education & Training (CET) programme development, particularly in adult learning or sector capability building.
Prior experience running or leading an academy, training institute, or learning division (e.g., operations, curriculum, funding compliance, business growth).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English (Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with stakeholders).
