The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Digital Services Manager, supports digital transformation initiatives by managing digital service revamps, RPA projects, intranet content, and analytics reporting, while working closely with stakeholders and vendors to enhance user experience and service delivery.
- Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
- Drive service journey reviews, UX/UI design evaluations, and digital service enhancements.
- Manage and coordinate RPA projects (e.g., UiPath) with vendors and users.
- Oversee intranet content management (SharePoint Online) and ensure timely updates.
- Liaise with vendors on design documentation, feedback, and implementation timelines.
- Support digital analytics reporting (e.g., WOGAA) and refine tracking processes.
- Develop SOPs, operational documentation, and contribute to design system improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Familiarity with government digital platforms and vendor management is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital product management, business analysis, ICT, data analytics, or service design.
- Possesses with skills in UX/UI design, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), and intranet content management (e.g., SharePoint Online) will be considered an advantage.
