We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented System Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site help‑desk support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires a strong foundation in IT support, basic networking knowledge, and a willingness to learn and work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Provide on‑site helpdesk support for end‑users, including troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  2. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to resolve IT‑related issues and support project implementation.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes/upgrade.
  5. Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, office relocations, and new deployments.
  6. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct standard client system setup, patching, configuration and troubleshooting.
  8. Perform Active Directory domain and GPO system administration.
  9. Manage IT assets, procurement administration, and maintenance contracts.
  10. Conduct end‑user training and briefing.
