Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in piling/foundation works, with exposure to bored piling.
• Candidates with experience in government projects are highly desirable.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily project operations for bored piling and foundation works.
• Plan and manage work sequences, schedules, and deployment of resources.
• Review and interpret geotechnical and structural drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site execution activities such as drilling, casing installation, and concreting.

Deputy/Project Manager (Bored Piling Contractor) - YL

Our client is a well-established piling and foundation specialist with decades of experience delivering landmark civil and infrastructure projects across Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager to lead and oversee bored piling works for upcoming major developments and support their GM in the long term.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee daily project operations for bored piling and foundation works
• Plan and manage work sequences, schedules, and deployment of resources, including manpower, rigs, and materials
• Review and interpret geotechnical and structural drawings, borelogs, and technical specifications
• Supervise site execution activities such as drilling, casing installation, slurry management, rebar cage installation, and tremie concreting
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, RE/RTO, and subcontractors on inspections, coordination, and progress matters
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (including WSH and BCA/LTA standards)
• Track and control project budgets, progress claims, variations, and material procurement

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in piling/foundation works, with strong exposure to bored piling.
• Candidates with experience in government projects are highly desirable
• Solid knowledge of site operations, soil conditions, drilling tools, and pile testing.
• Ideally possess good people management skills
• Possess driving license
