About the Role:

We’re looking for Delivery Leads who can orchestrate multiple complex projects while maintaining strategic vision and execution discipline. You’ll lead portfolios of system integration work, manage teams of PMs and BAs, and serve as senior trusted advisor to C‑level clients navigating transformational change.

What You’ll Do:

Orchestrate portfolio delivery. Lead 2‑4 concurrent projects or highly complex, multi‑workstream transformations. Manage dependencies, resource allocation, and spot patterns across the portfolio.

Shape client strategy. Challenge C‑level executives on their transformation approach. Reframe business problems strategically. Guide clients away from expensive mistakes and help them understand what successful change really requires.

Manage commercial performance. Own P&L for your portfolio. Protect margins while growing accounts. Navigate complex scope and budget discussions. Make tough calls about when to walk away. Identify and close follow‑on opportunities.

Develop and lead teams. Coach PMs and BAs to become more strategic and commercially aware. Make staffing decisions balancing project needs with team growth. Create a culture of accountability and excellence.

Build executive relationships. Serve as senior face of the company with client executives. Navigate C‑suite stakeholder politics. Turn satisfied clients into references and champions.

What We’re Looking For:

Strategic thinking with operational excellence. You see the big picture while maintaining execution discipline. You zoom between portfolio strategy and project‑level issues seamlessly, catching the details that matter.

Battle‑tested judgment. You’ve made tough calls under pressure—changing direction mid‑flight, having difficult executive conversations, walking away from scope that would destroy margin. You’ve recovered failing projects.

Executive presence and influence. You hold your own with C‑level executives, challenge senior leaders diplomatically, and frame issues in business terms that resonate at the executive level.

Commercial sophistication. You understand consulting economics—margin, utilization, portfolio risk. You make scope and staffing decisions with profitability in mind and navigate budget discussions without damaging relationships.

Team leadership. You attract and retain strong team members. Your PMs and BAs grow under your leadership. You give difficult feedback directly but constructively.
