Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for coordination in supply chain processes, focusing on import/export and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum education of N/O Level and preferably possess a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant supply chain knowledge is an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Knowledge of Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Import, Export & Transfer coordination.
• Inventory Management with proper records and transactions.
• Maintain good relationship with Customer & Colleagues.
• Up Keep Department KPI and take on additional task when assign.
• Coordination with Warehouse Team for daily Operations.
• Support other Functions within department and Peers when needed.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
