A leading global electronics company based in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative as the main point of contact for order fulfillment activities. The role requires managing order processing via SAP, coordinating shipments, and resolving customer inquiries. Candidates should have a diploma or higher with relevant customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in the electronics industry is a plus. This position offers a collaborative environment within our Supply Chain team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for all order fulfillment activities. You will ensure timely and efficient processing of orders, manage outbound shipments, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior service.
You will join the Supply Chain division in Singapore, working alongside planners, sales engineers, quality, finance, IT, and product managers to support Molex’s commitment to excellence in customer service and logistics.
