Job summary

A recruiting agency based in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage vehicle damage reports and communicate with customers through various channels. This position requires strong skills in office software, and experience in enforcement or collection is preferred. Holding a driving licence is a plus. The role offers a salary range of $2500 - $2800 and a work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
  • Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc).
  • Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Working with customers on their vehicle damage report via calls, emails, or visits.
  • Investigating damages, assessing repair costs, and following up with customers.
  • Assisting with accident reports and recoveries.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Working time: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm/10am-7pm, Sat 9am-1pm /10am-2pm (can choose)

  • Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
