A recruitment consultancy in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional service and manage customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, at least 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, and skills in Excel. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing orders, and collaborating with internal teams. This position offers a salary of up to $3,500 plus overtime pay.
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay
Minimum Diploma in any field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangement and customer relationship management.
Experience in handling customer inquiries and claims via emails and phone calls.
Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as V-lookup, pivot tables, and simple formulae.
Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
