Job summary

Job description
Customer Service Executive/ Sales order, Sales agreement (Aerospace)

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing various contractual documents such as sales agreements (LOT, LTA, nominations, POs), order confirmations, and NDAs, ensuring they align with company policies and guidelines.

Help maintain and organize all contract records in compliance with Corporate Policies and Divisional Operating Procedures.

Act as the primary liaison for customers, providing updates on order progress, delivery timelines, and general inquiries.

Handle end-to-end sales order administration, including data entry, order changes, delivery coordination, and pricing updates to ensure accurate backlog reporting.

Publish customer scorecards and work with internal departments to complete annual customer satisfaction surveys and questionnaires.

Ensure timely contract reviews and proper communication of contract obligations to relevant teams; promptly clarify purchase order inconsistencies with customers to ensure adherence to PO terms.

Update customer profiles, approved pricing, and order-related pricing information within the ERP system.

Perform EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) uploads to the ERP system accurately and on schedule, and promptly communicate any significant changes affecting sales to both customers and internal teams.

Support continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to streamline customer service processes and meet customer expectations.

Assist in preparing departmental reports for management meetings and reviews.

Coordinate import/export shipments and manage special deliveries in accordance with international trade and shipping regulations.

Oversee the customer return process in collaboration with various internal departments.

Provide backup support to the Customer Business team, including duties related to Division Export Compliance Administration (DECA).

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with export processes and shipping terms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP/MRP systems; comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
