A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Manager to oversee junior staff and manage a dynamic portfolio of local and multinational clients. The role involves a variety of corporate responsibilities including preparing directors’ resolutions, and handling client meetings and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise 1-2 junior staff and able to manage a portfolio of companies consisting local and MNC companies.
2. Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, preparation of directors’ resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+.
3. Attend clients’ meeting.
4. Handle client due diligence.
5. Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
6. Review financial statements in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format.
7. Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the clients.
Requirements:
· Member of CSIS or candidates undertaking CGQP preferred.
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
· A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
· Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
· Have initiative, responsible and be a team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in MS office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
