Job summary

A leading quick-service restaurant in Singapore is seeking an experienced Western Cuisine Chef to join their kitchen team. Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Western Cuisine Chef to join our quick-service kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing quality Western dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook Western dishes (e.g. pastas, grilled items, all-day breakfast, burgers, etc.)
  • Ensure fast and consistent food preparation suitable for a quick-service environment
  • Manage food quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance (SFA/NEA)
  • Monitor stock levels, food cost and wastage
  • Support menu planning and supervise kitchen helpers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Western or quick-service F&B environment
  • Strong skills in grilling, sauces and plating
  • Able to work independently and handle high order volume
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays (rotational rest day)
