• Strong technical knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the deployment and delivery of core network infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with end users and vendor delivery teams to meet deployment requirements.
• Conduct fault analysis, problem resolution, and patch updates in compliance with SLAs.
