Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage HR functions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have a degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for those familiar with the healthcare sector. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Overview

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

Salary: Up to $4500

Duration: 6-month contract, extendable for another 6 months

Responsibilities

• Partner and support assigned departments in all HR matters
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, management, and retention
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Support HR operations, including payroll, compensation & benefits, and rewards

Qualifications

• Min. Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Prior experience in HR Business Partnering
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
