What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, script (including for Mandarin‑speaking audiences), storyboard, shoot, and edit short‑form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Create videos that aren’t just “nice to have” — but are core to ad campaigns and conversions
• Collaborate with marketers, clients, and talents/influencers to amplify reach and impact
• Work closely with influencers, business owners, and internal teams to create real stories, not stock footage
• Experiment, test, and refine what works — we move fast, learn faster
• Bring bold, creative energy to every shoot, from ideation to publishing
