Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor cum Driver specialising in the aluminium and glass industry. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate installation works, and support transportation needs while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for aluminium and glass installation works (doors, gates, windows, curtain walls, etc.).
• Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Lead and guide installation teams, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain proper site reports, work schedules, and documentation.
• Drive company vehicles to transport workers, materials, and equipment between factory, sites, and suppliers (Class 3 driving licence required).
• Assist in loading/unloading of materials and ensure safe handling of glass and aluminium products.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an aluminium door/gate/window factory or construction company in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass fabrication and installation processes.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to read technical drawings and perform accurate site measurements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle installation tasks when required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred

• BCA SECK CERTIFICATE/ HDB WINDOOW INSTALLER CERTIFICATES/WSQ safety certifications (e.g., BCSS) /DRIVING LICENSE .
• Experience supervising small teams on construction or renovation projects.
