The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience, with a deep understanding of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and present detailed reports for complex challenges. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work under various conditions, including night shifts and weekends.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct high-pressure construction projects, ensuring uncompromising quality and meeting stringent deadlines.
2. Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment.
3. Need to hands-on and do not mind to getting hands dirty.
4. Must be able to work in day or night shift if required.
5. Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed.
6. Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to overcome complex challenges.
7. Present detailed reports, providing effective solutions for critical issues promptly.
8. Exhibit unwavering flexibility, working extended hours, weekends, and frequently traveling between sites.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. 6 years of hands-on experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a high-pressure leadership role.
2. Must have deep knowledge in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Chiller Pipe Works also.
3. Expert knowledge of cutting-edge construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
4. Proven ability to thrive under extreme pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
5. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team management.
6. Knowledge in a field of Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Chiller Pipe & ACMV works, coupled with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
7. Physical stamina to perform demanding on-site duties.
8. Must be able to travel to sites using public transport; if company transport not provided.
9. Willingness to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
