8028 Employment Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Director to lead our manpower services and oversee affiliate operations across the 8028 Group of Companies. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of manpower regulations, affiliate management, and business development. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with MOM standards while driving operational growth and strategic expansion across the Group.
This position is critical to managing manpower deployments and handling affiliates, ensuring that all activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Leadership & Compliance
- Oversee the end-to-end manpower process, including recruitment, work pass applications, onboarding, deployment, and retention.
- Ensure strict compliance with all MOM regulations and uphold the standards set by the CEI (KAH) framework.
- Monitor and enforce lawful practices in worker advertising, placement, contracts, and fee management.
2. Affiliate Oversight Across the Group
- Manage and expand the affiliate portfolio of 8028 Holdings and its Group of Companies.
- Handle contracts, performance monitoring, and revenue tracking for affiliates.
- Negotiate and strengthen affiliate relationships while ensuring compliance with manpower regulations.
3. Business Development & Innovation
- Develop strategies to grow manpower and affiliate operations across multiple sectors.
- Introduce and apply AI-powered tools to improve deployment efficiency, analytics, and affiliate reporting.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand services and partnerships across the Group.
4. Financial & Operational Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and business targets across manpower and affiliate divisions.
- Implement reporting systems to track efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the company in audits, MOM discussions, and industry events.
- Build long-term relationships with affiliates, clients, and government bodies.
6. People Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor manpower teams to maintain high compliance and service standards.
- Instill a culture of regulatory compliance, ethical practices, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in manpower services, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, work pass frameworks, and manpower deployment practices.
- Proven ability to manage and expand affiliate networks across multiple companies or business units.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder handling.
- Solid financial and operational management skills.
- Familiarity with AI and digital tools for manpower and affiliate operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
