What you will be doing

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
  • Schedule medication deliveries
  • Manage and liaise with courier partners
  • Oversee the dispensary team
  • Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions
  • Facilitate delivery agent pickups
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

What we are looking for

Required:

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' or ‘A’ levels, Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Required to work on rotational shift hours which includes 2 night shifts & 1 weekend shift per week and public holidays

Good to have:

  • Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
