Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare, e-commerce or logistics preferred.
• Basic understanding of clinic operations and medication handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing and packing of e-commerce orders.
• Support the dispensing of medication orders under supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with delivery riders for timely handoffs.
• Receive incoming stock and verify physical counts.
• Maintain meticulous records of orders, payments, and delivery information.
