Job summary

A prominent operational management firm in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead and supervise operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include improving processes, conducting management training, and strategic input to top management. Immediate start is preferred. This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations across outlets and may require regional travel.

Qualifications

  • Lead, Supervise and manage Operational teams in Singapore
  • Improve processes, policies, and procedures, monitor audit compliances
  • Manpower planning, recruitment, placement, and training
  • Conduct management training (Supervisors and Clinic Managers)
  • Establish work tasks, accountability, and deliverables
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements in outlets
  • Strategic input, liaison with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
  • Implement and manage operational plans
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development, Corporate Strategy/Top Management/ Sales/ Operations in retail/ F&B or equivalent.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, planning and organizing, self-initiative and good time management
  • Decision-making skills, persuasive, and ability to influence, lead, and high-stress tolerance
  • The incumbent must be able to travel regionally on short notice if necessary.
  • Able to start to work immediately.
