Job Responsibilities
  • Arranging appointments promptly and efficiently in system
  • Handle feedback, email/phone enquiries and communication issues via phone and email promptly in a polite and warm manner reflective of the clinic’s values
  • Deliver excellent, warm and efficient customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere for all our patients and guests
  • Front line patient services include performing the functions of registration, cashiering and handling enquiries
  • Dispense medications accurately
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining inventory levels for medicines, process invoice and payment collection
  • Conduct financial counselling to patients
  • Submission of Third Party Administrator claims and of Letter of Guarantee from insurance companies
  • Proactively request and encourage patients to achieve a target of 4-5 Google reviews per month
  • Other duties which the Company may designate
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum “O” level education level
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in service industries or clinical will be an advantage
  • Good coordination and organizing skills
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and perform scheduling duties in system
  • Comfortable with working in medical centre and clinic setting
  • 5.5 days’ work week
