Job description

Permanent position, 5 day work week, Yishun.

Responsibilities

• Help the sales team handle technical problems that might come up before a sale, after a sale, or during project installation. You need to be very familiar with how the company chiller works and what they can do.
• Act as the go-between for technical matters for the Singapore office and the Japan/China factories, especially for technical tasks (e.g., checking the product before it leaves the factory, or making product improvement requests).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years chiller servicing or sales experience, especially in the air-conditioning industry.
• Added advantage: Own transport
