Job scopes

• Keep guests and staff safe and maintain a secure environment.
• Handle incidents professionally and provide good customer service.
• Respond to first aid cases and emergencies.
• Perform security duties such as patrolling, monitoring, and crowd control.
• Escort valuables like cash and documents when required.
• Deal with intoxicated persons and handle lost items properly.
• Assist during fire alarms, evacuations, and other safety situations.
• Attend training and keep skills updated.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by Security Management.

Requirements

• Holds a valid PLRD license with 3 required modules (Handle --Security Incidents and Services/Provide Guard and Patrol Services/Recognize Terrorist Threat)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Comfortable work in a smoking environment
