About the Role

As a Car Purchaser, you will be responsible for identifying, inspecting, and purchasing vehicles for our inventory. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of the pre‑owned car market.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and accurately assess the condition and quality of vehicles prior to purchase.
• Attend and coordinate vehicle viewings and appraisals with clients efficiently and professionally.
• Review and provide timely and accurate car quotations and trade‑in values.
• Manage purchase negotiations, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and value without compromising on vehicle quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate reports, documentation, and records for all vehicle purchases.
• Oversee trade‑in processes including appraisal, test drives, handovers, and completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and items to ensure timely closure of transactions.
• Present and explain Vehicle Purchase Agreements clearly to clients.
• Uphold Eurokars’ service and operational standards in every customer interaction.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments and initiatives as directed by the Team Manager.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or a related role (experience in pre‑owned cars preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market, vehicle models, and valuation principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Have an eye for detail and is organised.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and customer‑focused, with a strong sense of accountability.
