About the Job

As the Campaign Lead for [Vertical], you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns within your assigned product vertical. You will work closely with the Country Manager, Group Head of Marketing and Commercial Lead to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels and markets.

This role is highly execution-driven and requires strong project management, data-led decision-making, and AI-tool familiarity to ensure campaigns deliver profitable customer acquisition and engagement.

The Senior Associate, Marketing will be responsible for:
  • Translate vertical revenue priorities into actionable campaign strategies and timelines.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align campaign objectives with partner budgets and offers.
End-to-End Execution
  • Own the delivery of campaigns across performance, CRM, brand, content, and affiliate/creator channels.
  • Coordinate with Country Marketing Leads to ensure local market execution and adaptation.
AI & Data-Driven Optimization
  • Use AI-powered tools to automate campaign targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (applications, approvals, cancellations) and optimize for issued revenue and CM%.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product & Engineering (for landing pages, tracking, user flows) and Content/Creative teams (for campaign assets).
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting, attribution, and reporting.
Performance Management
  • Track campaign ROI, CAC/LTV, and GP contribution.
  • Produce post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • 4+ years of campaign management or performance marketing experience, ideally in banking, fintech, insurance, or e-commerce.
  • Strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns (performance, CRM, content, brand, affiliates).
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., predictive targeting, automated bidding, content generation, attribution).
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, CRM dashboards).
  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills — able to work with Commercial, Product, Tech, Content, and Country teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to link campaign metrics to P&L impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
  • Success Metrics: Vertical campaign ROI and contribution to revenue/GP; CAC/LTV improvement and issued conversion rates; Partner satisfaction with campaign execution; Speed and efficiency of campaign delivery.
