A leading towing service provider in Singapore is seeking a customer support representative for night shifts (11 pm to 8 am) from Thursday to Sunday. Core Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries
  • Interactions: Recording details of calls and information pertaining to the vehicle breakdown location and contact number
  • Documenting Orders: Draft out orders with the information taken in WhatsApp and send to the respective groups.
  • Escalating issues: Identifying complex problems and routing them to appropriate personnel or departments
