Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Planning Executive to support our expansion into new countries and product categories. This role combines strategic business development responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of key activities. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, independent and capable of managing diverse tasks with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Country & Market Expansion
    • Market research to identify potential countries for business expansion.
    • Analyze market demand, competitors, regulatory requirements, and distribution opportunities.
    • Assist in developing market-entry strategies and preparing business proposals or feasibility studies.
    • Support communication with related partners, agents, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
  • New Product Development & Registration
    • Assist with product registration processes, including gathering required documents, coordinating with suppliers, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
    • Track registration progress, submission timelines, trademark registration and renewal schedules.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with local import and licensing regulations.
  • Business Operations Support
    • Assist in continued business operations, organising structure and plans.
    • Support planning and execution of business development initiatives and track product launch plan and timeline.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage schedules, appointments and follow up on taskings.
    • Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
    • Organize files, key documents, and communication records.
    • Coordinate internal and external communication professionally and promptly.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or administrative roles (experience with product registration is an advantage).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify key insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep accurate schedules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
