Job Summary

We are looking for a details-oriented and proactive Junior Business Planning Assistant to support the planning, reporting, and analysis activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
a) Business Operation and Support
  • Supporting in the cross function of Business Operations to start various new businesses.
  • Coordinating necessary tasks and resolving issues with Sales, Marketing and CFO function.
  • Collaboration and issue resolution between export sales and CFO functions for branch establishment.
  • Establish a support system with HQ and Singapore to resolve issues through preemptive issue sensing for new businesses.
  • Preparation for New ERP Open in 2026 and operation of emergency support system with HQ.
b) Reporting and Meeting operation
  • Weekly / Monthly Reporting
  • Presentation of Business Index
c) Data Management
  • Data Analysis
  • KPI Management
Qualifications & Related EXperience
  • Major in Bachelor of Finance, Business or equivalent.
  • 2~3 year of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or similar roles.
Other Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mircrosoft Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
