Business Development Representative (Remote)

What are we looking for?

We want to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we need your help. You’ll be one of the first in the team, and you will have a significant influence on shaping it and our future business.

What will you be doing daily?
  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities, focusing on startups, consultancies, and fast-growing firms.
  2. Organize your leads and target prospects, using Excel and LinkedIn as your main tools.
  3. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices globally.
  4. Prepare marketing materials such as pitch decks and client presentations.
  5. Conduct discovery sessions and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  6. Convince and win over clients!
We would love to hear from you if:
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably with recruitment agency experience.
  • You have a successful track record of winning clients, especially in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
