Job Description

This company is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Representative to help explore and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor sector across Singapore and Malaysia.

This role will focus on market research, customer engagement, and identifying partnership opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Japan HQ and act as the key local contact to assess market potential and establish connections with leading semiconductor manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and find business opportunities in the semiconductor industry in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Business development and engage with potential customers (front‑end semiconductor manufacturers).
• Promote gas equipment used in the front‑end processes of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Support in finding local contractors for equipment delivery and potential maintenance service providers.
• Collaborate with HQ in Japan to align customer needs with the solutions.
• Provide regular reports and insights on business opportunities and market conditions.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years working experience in the Singapore semiconductor (front‑end process) industry.
• Knowledge and experience in semiconductor front‑end processes.
• Have connections with clients engaged in semiconductor front‑end processes in Singapore and Malaysia will be preferred.
• Self‑motivated, passionate about building new business, sincere, compliant with local regulations and laws, etc.
• Eager to build relationships with customers and learn new business.
• Japanese speaking skill is an added advantage to facilitate communication between customer and our engineers in Japan HQ.
