  • Position Title: Business Development Manager
  • Working Location: Central – Bugis (Walking to the company from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 8000 + Comm + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion to attract corporate and high-net-worth (HNW) clients
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client profiles and challenges; craft tailored solutions encompassing business setup, tax structuring, and outbound immigration
  • Lead public seminars, host client webinars, and deliver high-level presentations
  • Foster and maintain enduring client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Guide, train, and oversee the Business Development team to achieve performance goals
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as corporate secretariat, tax, and case management to guarantee successful service delivery
  • Maintain high performance and meet sales targets even under pressure
