About the Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, building relationships, and growing business opportunities within the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services and software solutions market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (IT services background strongly preferred)
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of IT services delivery models
    • Familiarity with software contracting, SOW (Statement of Work), and service-level agreements (SLAs)
    • Awareness of nuances in pricing, compliance, and vendor management within IT services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales
    • Comfortable with presentations, proposals, and client meetings
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred
