Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and cultivate partnerships. You will identify new exhibitors, consult with clients on maximizing ROI, and collaborate with internal teams for successful event execution. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience. This role offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500 and a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500

Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
