Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our growing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy especially in the General Pest targeting commercial and residential clients, expanding our market presence to other European and ASEAN countries, digitalizing the marketing and sales processes and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore, Europe and in the ASEAN region
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Define and implement a strong digital growth strategies with a focus in marketing, sales reports and customer satisfaction, in alignment with the company’s objectives to develop the company skills to new segments and territories
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for development
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of services aligned with client expectations
  • Develop the company social presence and implement AI-based softwares and processes in the company
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development or a strategic commercial role
  • E-commerce, online marketing and strong digital capabilities is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • International profile with the ability to navigate multicultural environments
  • A rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are strongly encouraged
