• Basic $ 3500 - $ 5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Redhill

• Working day: 5 days (WFH Friday)

• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Identify client needs in the AEC sector and recommend suitable BIM/digital construction solutions.

• Conduct product demos, presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Stay updated on BIM trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business.

• At least 2 years sales experience in construction technology, software, or related fields.

• Knowledge of BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, Bentley, or similar) is an advantage.
