A leading company in contract manufacturing in Singapore is looking for a Business Commercial Specialist. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, including client interactions and project planning, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Candidates should have strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and exceptional communication abilities in English. This position offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements.
Customer Project & Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after‑sales service.
Serve as the primary contact for international clients, understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long‑term partnerships.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and on‑time delivery.
Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
Lead meetings to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks with effective countermeasures.
Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to both management and clients.
Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.
Identify business expansion opportunities to maximize product and service value.
Assess risks of excess and obsolete inventory, and support internal plans to minimize costs.
Negotiate clearance and cost‑sharing solutions with clients to balance mutual interests.
Optimize inventory management processes to reduce future risks.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.
Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.
Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
