  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Business Commercial Specialist (Contract Manufacturing & East)

Customer Project & Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after‑sales service.

Serve as the primary contact for international clients, understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long‑term partnerships.

Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and on‑time delivery.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.

Lead meetings to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Project Planning & Reporting

Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks with effective countermeasures.

Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to both management and clients.

Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.

Identify business expansion opportunities to maximize product and service value.

Inventory & Excess Material Management

Assess risks of excess and obsolete inventory, and support internal plans to minimize costs.

Negotiate clearance and cost‑sharing solutions with clients to balance mutual interests.

Optimize inventory management processes to reduce future risks.

Qualifications
