About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and maintain solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint. The BA will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with business needs, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for ongoing system support.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new features in Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
  • Maintain and update dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint sites to meet evolving business needs.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to processes, automation and reporting.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training activities for end-users.
  • Ensure system documentation, knowledge bases and user guides are kept up to date.
  • Support compliance with IT governance, data integrity, and security policies.
  • Monitor usage and performance of Power BI reports and automated workflows, escalating issues where necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Office 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive integration.
  • Understanding of SQL, data modeling or ETL concepts.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA or equivalent).
