About the Role
Lead the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of our in-house Student Enrolment System across HQ and centres. You’ll turn business needs into clear requirements, coordinate delivery with engineering (including off-shore development teams), and drive user adoption and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories, process maps).
• Define “as-is/to-be” workflows and translate them into functional specs.
• Coordinate with off-shore developers for requirements handoff, stand-ups, sprint planning, QA, and release readiness.
• Plan and run UAT, manage defects, and sign off releases.
• Support data migration (templates, cleansing, validation).
• Prepare SOPs, conduct training, and provide go‑live hyper‑care.
• Track KPIs and produce basic operational dashboards/reports.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, and risks across multiple centres.

Requirements

• 3–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Implementation Lead.
• Proven experience working with offshore/remote development teams across time zones; Agile/Scrum exposure.
• Strong process mapping & documentation skills; comfortable with Jira/Confluence (or similar).
• Hands‑on UAT and data skills (advanced Excel; basic SQL a plus).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management; flexibility for early/late calls when needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with student enrolment/admissions or education systems.
• Knowledge of APIs/integrations, ETL, and PDPA.
