Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination of Sub-Contractors and manage project schedules. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, preparing erection schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. The position requires a willingness to work shifts and under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Closely monitoring and awarding the Sub-Contractors work according to the project schedule
• Involved in overall erection of structural, Mechanical and heavy lifting on site
• Co-ordinate with Sub-Contractors and Client for work progress and modification works on site
• Preparation of Erection Schedule, methods
• Run the project by following all the Safety working Procedures
• As a Production In-charge co-ordinate with Design, Planning and Engineering Departments
• Planning of work according to project / contract specification
• Preparation of Erection Schedule methods
• Performing the duties in Fabrication shop & Erection site as Project Coordinator

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Singapore relevant field
• Willing to work on public holiday or rotating shift
• Possess good communication skills Willing to work night shift and split shift
• Able to start work with short notice or immediately
• Willing to work under pressure
• Ready to work after regular schedule (if needed)
