Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to work closely with project teams, ensuring accurate production and compliance of construction drawings. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit and Tekla. This role demands multitasking abilities, working under pressure, and preparing drawings and 3D models for construction. The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings.
• Produce all required drawings and details for submission and approval.
• Ensure construction documents, parameters information accuracy for BIM Model, including compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan BIM Project workflow criteria.
• Prepare shop drawings for approval.
• Prepare drawings 3D Model for construction, coordination as built purposes.
• Monitor update model as per site condition changes.
• Able to import integrate other 3D models various softwares (e.g. Sketchup, Rhino etc.).
• Follow BIM standards, deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project.
• Create and develop Parametric Family as per parameter depending on specialities of materials.
• Able to adapt with other BIM Modelling tools required in projects.
• In-charge of Clash Detection for AS reports.
• Perform drafting, design calculations.
• Maintain update drawings as needed make corrections drawings as directed by supervisors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years similar experience as a BIM Modeler in similar capacity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM softwares/tools, Revit Archi, Planbar, Tekla and MS Office.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
