Job Description

• Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance to project requirements
• Involved in coordination and preparation of drawing and specification to liase with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
• Support in Tender if required.
• Review, clarify and amend the drawings and plan provided by clients/consultants
• Ensure that the drawings required are completed on-time
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
• Maintain good document control and filings.
• A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.
• Able to undertake any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in constructions
• Good skills of using Auto CAD and Revit
• Familar with BIM Modelling/Management
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team.
