A beauty clinic in Singapore seeks a Beauty Consultant to provide excellent customer service, sell beauty products, and perform aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer care. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Selling beauty products and providing general customer service
• Welcoming customers upon their arrival
• Provide professional skin/ body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to customers.
• Maintaining client reports and notes
• Perform facial, body, aesthetic treatments / service for customers and assisting doctor.
• Provide consistent excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction through our quality service.
• Achieve and exceed daily counter sales targets.
• Achieve Personal Targeted KPI
• Maintaining loyal clientele through follow-up contacts and building client relationships / referrals
• To responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the clinic facilities, treatment rooms and other part of clinic and spa.
• To prepare the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks,towel supplies etc.
• To cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.
• Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time
