Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) or Go.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product) to develop and deploy new features.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best software engineering practices.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture planning.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve system efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with Java (Spring Boot) or Go.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
