Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Delta 1 equity books for the fund, with an initial focus on Asian markets and the flexibility to invest in other regions.
  • Identify and execute profitable trading strategies within the Delta 1 equities space.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise positions in line with the fund’s risk and return objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, prime brokers, and execution brokers to ensure efficient trade execution and infrastructure readiness.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience independently managing a Delta 1 equities book.
  • Strong understanding of trading infrastructure requirements and operational processes.
  • Track record of delivering consistent returns within defined risk parameters.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with operations teams, prime brokers, and execution brokers.
