Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance studio environment.
• Design Strategy: Develop and implement innovative design strategies that push creative boundaries and deliver unsurpassed quality.
• Business Development: Play an active role in project pitching, presenting design concepts to clients, and securing new business opportunities.
• Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline daily studio operations, including resource management and scheduling, for maximum efficiency.

Required profile
